WBO junior lightweight fight is Saturday in Atlantic City

WBO 130-pound titlist Joan Guzman is a 2-1 favorite over  challenger Humberto Soto for this weekend's bout.  Guzman is undefeated and defending his title for the second time after he won the belt from the tough and exciting Jorge Barrios.  The champion also has notable wins over Javier Juaregui, Terdsak Jandaeng and Agapito Sanchez. Although Soto has never held a wolrd title, he won the interim WBC belt from Rocky Juarez-- but the WBC never enforced his rights to a title shot. Soto recently defeated Bobby Pacquiao and has won 21 straight fights.  Overall, Guzman is 27-0 with 17 knockouts and Soto is 43-5 with 27 knockouts.  Hardcore fight fans are fully expecting fireworks.  Source: BetUS.com
