Japan's Mizuki Haruta ordered to make mandatory defense of WBO title

The WBO has ordered Mizuki Haruta to make a mandatory defense of her 115-pound title against Carla Ayelen Merino. Haruta, from Japan, is 6-0 and won the WBO world title in her fourth pro bout. Merino, from Argentina, is the South American champion and has a record of 15-2.
