Heavyweight contender Jameel McCline, 38-7 (23 KO’s), has been linked to the Signature Pharmacy scandal.  According to Tim Smith and T.J. Quinn of the NY Daily News, McCline received more than $12,000 worth of steroids, human growth hormone and related drugs over a 21-month period.  McCline first started receiving shipments of steroids in March 2005, and received them until last December.  Jameel is scheduled for a title shot against WBC interim heavyweight champion Samuel Peter on October 6th at Madison Square Garden, Jameel McCline.  Twenty two people have been indicted and nine convicted for their role in the internet based steroid scandal.  Source: NY Daily News
