Ishe 'Sugar Shay' Smith, will more than probably be returning to the ring on August 25, 2006.  He is likely to be slated for the Telefutura telecast, on that date, in Tucson, AZ. Smith was noted as saying, "I am very happy to be a part of a promotional company that not only believes in me, and my abilities; but, also giving me the opportunity to fight on national television again.  I am looking forward to starting camp for this fight, with John David Jackson.  He and I have meshed very well, and I truly believe, that we are going to rise to the top!"
