Is Bob Arum poisoning the Klitschko-Rahman fight?

Word has reached Boxingtalk that former world heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman is shunning a $1.5M offer to face Vitali Klitschko on April 30 for the WBC title. Of course, as the WBC's mandatory challenger, Rahman would be entitled to 25% of the winning offer should the matter go to purse bids, and it appears that as of now Rahman would rather try his luck at a purse bid than accept DKP's current offer. Boxingtalk also understands that Bob Arum (Top Rank) has gotten Rahman's ear, telling him there's far more than $10M in a Klitschko-Rahman fight. According to our sources Arum is telling Team Rahman that HBO is willing to pay around $6M for the fight; Arum is also telling Team Rahman that there is another $5M in foreign revenue and most importantly of all, Arum is telling Team Rahman that he'd be willing to put his money where his mouth is in the event of a purse-bid.
