The victor will be just one win away from becoming a world champion. The title is currently held by Wladimi Klitschko. Ibragimov-Austin, part of a night of boxing presented by Warrior Boxing Promotions, Golden Grain Promotions and Sampson Lewkowicz, will be televised live on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights beginning at 9pm ET / 6pm PT.  The undercard will be announced at a later date. One of the division's rising stars, Sultan Ibragimov (19-0, 16 KOs) is a 2000 Olympic silver medalist who has so far shown success in the pro ranks.  Coming off a seventh round victory over Lance Whitaker last December, the aggressive power-puncher from Russia is looking forward to facing Klitschko, a fellow Eastern European, for the IBF title if he can get by Austin on July 28th.
