It's been two and a half years since the FBI raided Top Rank's offices, seizing, files, fight tapes and whatever else they deemed could serve as potential evidence to assist their investigation. It turns out that Big Frankie, the undercover operative who some speculated could have collected enough information to bring about the end of Bob Arum's empire, must have come up with a big nothing. Earlier today the FBI returned everything they seized during the raid to Top Rank's offices, concludinng their investigation without having gathered any evidence sufficient enough for a single indictment.
