On July 22nd, the IBF ordered light heavyweight contenders Joshua Buatsi and Jean Pascal to begin negotiations for an IBF final elimination bout. An agreement for the two men to fight each other was not reached within the time frame set forth in the IBF's order. The IBF has now ordered a purse bid scheduled for Tuesday, August 30th at 12:00 PM EST.  Pascal (pictured) is a former world champion, while Buatsi is an undefeated up-and-comer. The IBF light heavyweight champion is Artur Beterbiev, who also holds the WBC and WBO championships.
