Boxingtalk.com has been informed that the IBF has ordered a Ben Rabah-Lovemore N'dou eliminator for the vacant #1 spot at 140 pounds. Rabah was the victim of what most consider a bad decision when he lost the vacant title fight to Juan Urango. N'dou's name has recently come up as a replacement for Mike Arnaoutis to face Vivian Harris on HBO's July 29 installment of Boxing After Dark. More to follow. (5:30 PM EST)
