Promoter Lou DiBella has informed Boxingtalk that on behalf of Leavander Johnson, he has agreed to terms for Johnson to face Stefano Zoff for the vacant IBF lightweight title at an undetermined location in Italy on May 21. "Salvatore Cherchi [Zoff's promoter of record] and I have come to terms earlier today, and we like Leavander's chances of bringing the title back home." The title became vacant when Julio Diaz decided to face Jose Luis Castillo instead of following through with his agreement to face Johnson.  Boxingtalk will continue to keep you updated but until then, Remember Where You Heard It First!
