IBF has world's "worst" rating

By Hector Linares

Wassup G? I saw what you wrote about Leavander Johnson still being rated #7 by the IBF a couple of weeks ago.  Well you missed another nasty one by the same IBF. Tonight in Atlantic City, a dude named Roque Cassiani is listed to fight Ramzi Palyani on the undercard. Cassiani has a record of 22-20-3 and he is on a horrendous 1-11-2 streak over the last three years. Guess what? I just noticed the IBF has this guy rated #14 at jr. welter! Yo, that is some shady sh*t, especially at 140 where there are a lot of good fighters. This has to be THE WORST RATING IN BOXING by any alphabet group.  Maybe the IBF will say this is a typo, LOL. The guy he is fighting, Palyani is 11-0 but hasn't fought anybody better than Marteze Logan yet.  If Palyani comes into the top ten next month after beating Cassiani, then you know something is dirty. G, I hope you post this to shed some light on the situation. I know the IBF wont talk to you after you put them on blast so many times, so maybe one of the other websites that say they are the best can look into this. Peace.
