Huck-Aurino announced for December 16

Press Release: Marco "Captain" Huck will clash on December 16, 2006 with Italy´s Pietro Aurino in a signficant cruiserweight bout. Both fighters were originally scheduled to meet on November 4 before an arm injury forced the German to pull out of the bout at the end of October.  KO-King Huck (16-0, 13 KOs) can´t wait to get his hands on Aurino (37-2, 16 KOs) - and the regional belt that will be at stake. "The delay has made me even hungrier," undefeated Huck vowed. "I´ve put the injury worries behind me. My arm does not bother me any more. I`m in top shape again. This is the moment I have been waiting for. "I want to drop Aurino under the Christmas tree. One thing I know for sure - the belt stays in Germany." Also in action will be former European middleweight champion Sebastian Sylvester (23-2, 10 KOs), who lost his title to Amin Asikainen in June. A rematch is likely to happen early in 2007. Kai Kurzawa, Yoan Pablo Hernandez, Dominik Britsch, Alexander Frenkel, Karo Murat and Martin Kempf will also showcase their talents on the undercard.
