: The rematch between Worcester cruiserweights Roy "House of" Payne (19-12-4) and John "House of Rain" Rainwater (10-11-3) will headline Expressway Jam 2, presented by NER Promotions, November 19 at Freeport Hall (IBEW) in Dorchester, Massachusetts.Payne-Rainwater will be the eight-round main event for the vacant Massachusetts cruiserweight title. They fought 8 1/2 years ago when Payne won a four-round decision. Rainwater captured the title in 1998 by defeating Tim Flamos. "New England boxing fans have been looking forward to Payne-Rainwater II for years," NER Promotions president Rick Brutti said. "It's finally going to happen November 19 and it'll be for a belt." The scheduled six round co-feature has former amateur star Marvin "Much Too Much" Cordova (5-0) against Shakha Moore (9-10-3) at welterweight. Also slated to fight in separate bouts are 2004 U.S. Olympian Roberto Benitez (2-0, 1 KO), undefeated Irish heavyweight James Clancy (4-0) and local light heavyweight Joey McCreedy (1-0).
