Undisputed middleweight kingpin Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins told Boxingtalk.com, "The only thing I've got to say about Antonio Tarver is, I'm willing and able to make this fight on December 4. I'm not looking past Oscar De La Hoya and I don't want to scare Oscar off, but I will make him surrender on September 18. And I'm telling you right now Greg, I'm willing and able to make this fight on December 4. So Antonio Tarver has some things he needs to take care of, I have to take care of Oscar De La Hoya, which I will and then we can make this fight happen. But like I told you, I need to be indemnified of any potential claims or actions any outside party may try to bring upon me for making a fight with Tarver. My people will be waiting for his call, and we'll see what happens. And I don't need to tell you this because you already know, but Boxingtalk.com will know the second there's something to report."
