Holt to Duva: Get off my bandwagon

PRESS RELEASE: Dino Duva has done nothing to advance my career but the bare minimum to fill his contractual obligations, but then he breached the contract. The time that I was not fighting is due to him not answering his phone for months at a time, because of his personal problems, when I finally reached  him on the phone and asked him why hadn't he returned my call or emails his response was "I didn't have anything to tell you." This conversation was recorded on my phone and saved to my memory card that will be played in court.

Furthermore my manager and I  Henry Cortes of Cortes Sports and Entertainment sent him a certified letter asking for all reasons he think his contract is still valid. Everything he mentioned was crazy, he bought up things that hadn’t prevented me from fighting and my injuries that didn’t need more than a week to heal and one of the doctors was his own cousin and I have documentation from both doctors to prove it. Bottom line is that Dino has done nothing to further my career; my career has been on hold because of his incompetence. The two fights that followed my first professional defeat came from me negotiating with the promoters to get me on the fight cards. The 3rd fight with now WBC champion David Diaz was because of his failure to make a deal with the original opponent, I was the substitute. He even mentioned a fight that I accepted with an opponent that says he was never offered a fight with me. I have a signed and notarized letter from him stating just that. Dino did not promote me to get where I am, my last fight was ordered by the WBO. I can go on and on but I'll save some to counter his response because I’m a counter puncher.
