Former champion Heather "The Heat"  Hardy is dealing with extended post-consucssion symptoms. She tweeted, "I still haven’t gotten an MRI since i got hurt training for the BKFC [bareknuckles] fight. I got a doctor to give me glasses but he told me my eyes were fine, it’s my brain [that is the problem]. The glasses don’t help me see. I can’t  sleep or eat, and the only way to get better is to rest for nine months." Hardy compiled a 24-3 record in a boxing career that spanned 2012-2023. She also had MMA bouts and was training for a BKFC contest. In 2018, she won the WBO featherweight title. Boxingtalk wishes Hardy a speedy and full recovery.
