According to a report in the London Times junior welterweight king Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton is close to inking a three fight deal with Dennis Hobson and Artie Pellulo's Banner Promotions.  Pellulo and Hatton were unavailable for immediate comment, but Boxingtalk plans on following up so stay tuned.
