According to the website operated by promoter Frank Warren, the British court with jurisdiction over his dispute against world junior welterweight champion Ricky Hatton has set October 20, 2005 as the date it will hear Warren's request to stop Hatton's next fight.  Hatton has signed with a rival promoter to defend against WBA titlist Carlos Maussa on November 26, but Warren claims that Hatton is under exclusive contract to him for three more fights and he has asked the court to prevent Hatton from fighting.
