Hatton: "I have come to Bury Castillo"

Undefeated two-division world champion RICKY "HIMAN" HATTON received the royal welcome from Cleopatra, Julius Caesar and the entire Royal Court at Caesars Palace today. "I have come to bury Castillo, not to praise him ," declared Hatton, the emperor of the 140-pound division. "Great Caesars ghost!  Castillo is going to suffer the most unkindest cut of all on June 23."

 

            Hatton (42-0, 30 KOs), from Manchester, England, in his second reign as junior welterweight champion, defends his title against two-time WBC lightweight champion Jose Luis Castillo (55-7-1, 47 KOs), from Hermosillo, Mexico, Saturday, June 23, at the Thomas & Mack Center.  Promoted by Banner Promotions and Fight Academy, in association with Caesars Palace and Wynn Las Vegas, the 12-round Hatton-Castillo rumble will be broadcast live on HBO World Championship Boxing, beginning at 10 P.M. ET / 7 P.M. PT.
