Word has reached Boxingtalk.com that WBC heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman, who may be a promotional free agent as this goes to print, is looking to face Oleg Maskaev instead of James "Lights-Out" Toney as promoter Don King was planning. Boxingtalk.com also understands that Top Rank Inc. has already made Rahman an offer for the Maskaev fight.
