Boxingtalk.com has just been informed that Scott Harrison will defend his WBO featherweight title January 28th in Scotland against Frankie Archuleta. Archuleta, ranked #4 by the WBC, last defeated Jesus Perez this past November. Prior to beating Perez, Archuleta defeated former world champion Johnny Tapia. The win over Tapia has helped Archuleta get his title shot with Harrison. Harrison (23-2) has defended his title three times since recapturing the belt against Manuel Medina.
