Harris and Urkal Make Weight

WBA jr welter challenger Oktay Urkal entered the weigh in at the plush Maritim Hotel in Berlin smiling and cracking jokes with friends and family. He looked very relaxed and came in at 139,75. Champion Vivian Harris looked a lot more tense even though yesterday's problems with purses and his former management were said to be worked out. Harris scaled 139 lbs and while he looked physically as fit as Urkal one must wonder how much all the problems have affected him Other weights: Danilo Haussler, 171,75 - Ruben Groenewald 170,5. Cengiz Koc, 219,5 - Cerrone Fox, 214,75. Fox is a late sub for Marcelo Dominguez who pulled out with a claimed injury. Alexander Sipos, 153,75 - Aziz Daari, 153,25. WBA 175 lb fight Fabrize Tiozzo have pulled of his planned November 8 defence in Paris-Bercy against Danny Batchelder with an injury. The fight against Dariusz Michalczewski February 26 next year is still a go. Tiger is already in full training but won?t have any tuneups.
