GL: I imagine I'm getting this call because you have something to say about Kendall Holt's latest interview on Boxingtalk. "At the end of the day I'm definitely going to be a payday. Is he serious? He just fought on Shobox so if he fights me he makes more than he ever made in his career and that's why he wants the fight. I don't need him to make money. But this is the last time I'm going to respond to him when I see him it's going to be a different story, he's going to have to call the same cops he called on Demetrius Hopkins when Demetrius Hopkins cuffed him in the mouth for being slick. Then he's taling about me being scared to go to the gym because of Zab. Come on man, never that. I know what time it is and he's not going to get me to talk bad about Zab, keep it between me and you, but you're nothing but a small fry. I'm about to fight on HBO for the #1 mandatory spot. When you get yourself into my mandatory position because I will become champion again, then I'll fight him. But right now you're not in my league son. You should also watch your language on Boxingtalk becuase kids be reading this shit you know. What's the matter with you son? That's why I'm going to slap the shit out of you when I see you, for opening your mouth on Boxingtalk. Respect your elders and don't get your pass revoked from coming to watch fights in Manhattan Center. I could make you not come back there if I don't want you to so be easy man."

GL: Gary Shaw told me you could be fighting Juan Lazcano for that mandatory spot on HBO. How do you feel about that fight?

VH: "It's a beautiful fight. I know Lazcano from back in the day and he's a real good fighter and a former world champion. Gary Shaw is a great promoter and he's getting me the fights that I want. He's working hard to get me where I belong. All I want to do is get the right the fights to help me support my family and he's definitely doing that for me, and because he's doing that 2007 is going to be a big year. We're going to take it one fight at a time and it's definitely going to be a great fight between me and Lazcano.

"And for disrespecting me, Kendall Holt is getting slapped when i see him. It's simple as that. He better be ready to call the police like he did to Demetrius Hopkins."
