Eric Harding has returned to the ranks of light heavyweight contenders by outboxing David Telesco over twelve rounds at the Mohegan Sun Resort in Connecticut on Friday. The left-handed Harding, 22-3-1, won the first six rounds. Telesco, who has always had trouble with southpaws, staged a late rally but could not knock out Harding and fell short on the cards.  Since defeating Khalid Jones in 2001, Harding has been terribly inactive. He lost to Antonio Tarver in 2002, to Glen Johnson in 2003 and didn't fight at all in 2004. His only other loss is to Roy Jones.  source: AP
