As a special preview for HBO Boxing fans leading up to the highly anticipated heavyweight championship match up between Hasim Rahman and James Toney --- which is set for Saturday, Mar. 18 in Atlantic City and will be carried live on HBO – HBO Sports will present the exclusive re-broadcast of two action packed fights back-to-back showcasing their considerable talents.:
On Saturday night, Mar. 11 at 12 midnight (ET/PT) and replaying Friday, Mar. 17 at 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT) and Saturday, Mar. 18 at 4:30 p.m. (ET/PT), the HBO2 service will replay LEWIS vs. RAHMAN I 2001 and JIROV vs. TONEY 2003 back-to-back. The Lewis-Rahman fight was waged on November 17, 2001 in South Africa and provided a stunning and unexpected knockout courtesy of Baltimore’s “The Rock” Rahman.  The bout  between  Vassiliy Jirov and James Toney took place on April 26, 2003 in Mashantucket, Connecticut and was a signature performance by Toney in the light heavyweight division. Both fights will be available 24 hours a day to HBO ON DEMAND subscribers from Monday, March 13 thru April 10. On Saturday, Mar. 18, HBO will televise the heavyweight championship showdown - RAHMAN vs. TONEY –from Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City at 10:00 p.m. ET/ 7:00 p.m. PT.
