Press Release: Boxing fans in Pharr, Texas can meet WBO junior featherweight champion Joan Guzman and prospect Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. today (Thursday, April 21, 2005) at 3:00 p.m. Central time. The two boxers will be appearing at the Tejano Salon one day before they perform in a Hidalgo, Texas boxing ring. Guzman, Boxingtalk's #3 122-pounder, will defend his title against Fernando Beltran, Jr. (not rated by Boxingtalk in the top thirty).  Chavez will face Travis Hartman in an eight rounder.
