St. Clair upsets Baloyi
Gairy St. Clair W12 Cassius Baloyi... A world title changed hands in South Africa as Cassius Baloyi's very brief (two month) reign as the IBF beltholder at 130 pounds came to an end via a points loss to Gairy St. Clair. South Afirca's loss was Guyana's gain as St. Clair grabbed a paper title and a chance to make some real money by scores of 116-112, 115-113 and 115-114 in Baloyi's country. The 130-pound division is ruled by Marco Antonio Barrera, and with Manny Pacquiao, Erik Morales and Jorge Barrios all campaigning in the division, St Claire is not among the inner sanctum just yet. However, his record is 37-3-2 with losses coming against three world champions, Vivian Harris, Leonard Dorin and Diego Corrales and all in 2000 or earlier. Baloyi is now 32-3. source: supersport zone
