Gunn fight rescheduled for August 25

EDITED PRESS RELEASE: Cruiserweight Bobby Gunn, 17-3 with 14 KO’s, has had his scheduled August 11th fight moved to the 25th of August. The fight, which will be taking place in Fairfax, Virginia. Gunn was happy to be given an extension of time to find the right opponent. The heavy-handed Gunn, one win removed from a recent one-round loss in a WBO title bid, said, “There were of fights out there that made no sense for me at this stage of my career. I want a fight that will bring me a respectable opponent so I can get back in the world rankings. The promoter of the show {Han Kim} is expecting a sell-out crowd and I don’t want to disappoint them by facing a last minute opponent like I did in my previous fight”. 
 
Promoter Han Kim was also happy to move the date back. “Working with Bobby is easy since he has a large fan appeal. When he boxes for me, it is like a John Duddy fight in terms of the loyalty and support of his fans. I expect big things for Bobby if he is victorious on the 25th”!
