Press Release: Heavyweight hopeful Dominick Guinn 28-4-1 (19 KO’s) has some strong words for Sultan Ibragimov regarding his comments in a recent press release: “Ibragimov, you are a b*tch, your people offered me a measley $20,000 for the fight and I felt that was crumbs for a fight as such, you make the damn money right and we can fight!” Guinn was seething over a press release listing him as one of the fighters that turned down a March match-up against Ibragimov for what was described as a “substantial payday.” The slot opened up when Shannon Briggs came down with pneumonia and postponed his fight against Ibragimov.  Guinn says he sees nothing “substantial” about the offer. “If Ibragimov and his team would have offered me real money then I would have taken the fight. Hell we don’t need no boxing ring we could do it around some back alley here in Houston if the money was right.” Guinn, coming off a second-round knockout over journeyman Zuri Lawrence earlier this month that was televised live on ESPN 2 Friday Night Fights is looking to get back in the top ten, “I’ll fight anybody at anytime, so do not ever say that I do not have no heart, there are real fighters still left in this sport, so I say to this you Ibragimov, you make the money right and we can fight!”
