Moments ago Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero's manager Shelly Finkel informed Boxingtalk.com that Guerrero will make the mandatory defense of his IBF featehrweight title against Orlando Salido on November 4. Guerrero-Salido will take place as part of the televised undercard of the Floyd Mayweather-Carlos Baldomir HBO PPV.  Remember where you heard it first!
