The IBF has ordered its 108-pound champion Ulisses Solis to make a mandatory defense against the main he took the title from, Will Grigsby.  Solis lifted the title from Grigsby by unanimous decision in January, on the Carlos Baldomir-Zab Judah undercard. Grigsby has not fought since then. Meanwhile, Solis, 22-1, has had two defenses, the second one a draw against Omar Salado, who can't feel too good about seeing Grigsby named the mandatory even though Salado fared much better against Solis than Grigsby did. -Scott Shaffer
