As it relates to Arum we filed our suit yesterday, so Golden Boy Promotions beat him to the punch again, just like we did by signing Manny Pacquiao first. I guess it's tough to be second. As it relates to Shaw, not too long ago, he offered to testify for us against Arum. That message was relayed to me through Shelly Finkel. If Gary feels he has a strong case he can file it, lawsuits don't scare us. When you do things right you have nothing to worry about. There are other lawsuits, some are filed and others will be coming out. Believe me, we have lots of surprises.I will not provide any other comment as it relates to these lawsuits.
