Earlier today Golden Boy Promotions won a purse-bid to promote Israel Vazquez-Oscar Larios IV. GBP bid $200,000. Vazquez promoter Sycuan Ringside Promotions bid $125,000. Larios is expected to move up to 130 pounds to face Manny Pacquiao, but he now has a contigency should the Pacquiao fight not come to fruition.
