Press Release: On February 16, 2008, Cota's Boxing Promotions heads back to the "Gymnasio Tigre Garcia" in Ensenada, Baja Mexico.  Headlining the card will be Alejandro "Terra" Garcia (25-3) who lost to Roman Karmazin in November.
