The 24 year old Tafoya, 5-0 with 3 KOs, returns after a two year absence to face Atlanta’s Oscar De La Cruz (4-4 with 2 KOs) in a lightweight battle. In the main event of the Solo Boxeo telecast that night, world class featherweight Orlando Salido (29-9-2 wit 18 KOs) of Sonora, Mexico will face Hector Julio Avila (39-3 with 36 KOs) of the Dominican Republic in a ten-round bout.
