Promoter Frank Warren previews this weekend's British show, to be streamed on DAZN:  "This coming Saturday in Altrincham, England, at the Ice Dome, we’ve got an absolute domestic cracker to look forward to between British and Commonwealth junior welterweight champion Jack Rafferty (26-0) and Mark Chamberlain (17-1). The place will be bouncing as it is just a short hop from the home territory of Jack and Zak Miller [a 16-1 featherweight], who is also [appearing on] the card in another probable barnstormer against Leon Woodstock (16-4).

 

"Jack is so deserving of an occasion like this. He has patiently built himself up, selling tickets on the non-TV circuit and got himself a reputation as a force to be reckoned with. Now he is getting his fully deserved rewards. He is headlining close to home in a fight that any boxing fan will tell you is as close to certain as you can get to deliver the goods. While Jack is on the ascent, Mark is looking to re-establish himself as the chosen one after he took his eye off the prize at Wembley Stadium against Josh Padley last year. Mark was one win away from a world title fight, but it wasn’t to be and now he has shifted up a weight and is going again.
