Franckly, Mijares wasn't in with much of an opponent

Cristian Mijares TKO1 Franck Gorjux... WBC 115-pound champion Christian Mijares took a walk in a Cancun park over the weekend, so to speak. Mijares retained his title with an easy win over French stiff Franck Gorjux, just 16-8. Mijares, 33-3-2, dropped Gorjux with a left hook to the face, and after some more punishment. the referee stopped the fight when Gorjux did not answer the referee's questions about his condition.
