EDITED Press Release: British promoter Chris Sanigar announced today that Lee Haskins, 14-0,  will make his first defense of the Commonwealth flyweight title against South Africa's Zolile Mbityi, 27-11-3, at Whitchurch Sports Centre, in Bristol, England on Friday April 7, 2006.  Haskins captured the vacant title just last month with a victory over Anthony Mathisa, 14-5-1, of Tanzania. Mbityi  has won his last two and has captured his country's championship on multiple occasions. He should prove to be Haskins toughest challenge to date.  On the same show, British and Commonwealth  middleweight  champion Scott Dann will feature against a top European and Peter Haymer will defend his English Light Heavyweight Title against Leigh Alliss.
