The boxing world has suffered a senseless loss as super middleweight contender Nordin Ben-Salah was murdered Monday evening.  According to the Dutch website expatica.com, Ben-Salah was shot several times on an Amsterdam street.  Ben-Salah, just 32 years of age, was born in Morocco but lived in The Netherlands.  Competing under the name Fighting Nordin, Ben-Salah compiled an excellent pro record, 36-2-1 and won a minor world title and a WBA regional championship.
