With no date locked in, Gassiev wants to unify with Usyk or Lebedev
GL: What's up Murat? When can we expect you back in the ring? I don't know right now. We've been talking about different opponents, but right now I am ready for anybody. GL: The name that I heard was Glowacki. What's up with that fight? Me, I'm just training that is the work of my team. Glowacki, Wlodarczyk. I just train hard and wait for my next fight. GL: How long have you been training right now? I train hard everyday. I'm working all the time and I'm ready for a fight.
GL: If you had your choice who would you want to fight?
Murat Gassiev: "Of course I want to be a unified champion. I would like to fight all the champions at cruiserweight. Usyk, Lebedev again since he has WBA title."
GL: How do you think a fight with you and Aleksandr Usyk goes?
MG: "It would be a great fight, I think it's a fight the fans want to see. I think we both are good boxers and we would give a good show for the boxing fans."
GL: So you don't have a target date? You don't know if it's going to be June, July, August?
MG: "I don't know. Right now I wait, wait, wait. Everyday I call my manager and my promoter and they don't have information, I don't know."
GL: Is there anything you'd like to say in closing?
MG: "Thank you everybody who supports me."
