The Excelsior Sporting Club in Cannock, Staffordshire, England wil present an evening of professional boxing this Thursday, March 21st.  "The St. Patrick's Dinner Show" is a special, black-tie dinner show set to begin at 6PM with whiskey and wine tasting plus a five-course meal. Former champion Richie Woodhall will serve as the host with another former champion, Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini and popular boxing journalist Steve "Big Daddy" Bunce also scheduled to appear, plus a guest appearance by "the Celtic Warrior," former champion Steve Collins. As for the live boxing action, four professional bouts are scheduled to take place in all including junior welterweight Niall Farrell (5-0) appearing in the main event.  The event is promoted by Scott Murray.
