Reports out of Ghana say a sizable card will be staged at the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex in the nation's capital, Accra on April 1.  The tentative headliner would be Alfred Kotey vs. Isaac Quartey. Kotey held the WBO bantamweight title a decade ago but recently he has ballooned up to welterweight where he has been just an opponent.  Still, he has never been stopped, even by the likes of punchers like Acelino Freitas, Jose Cotto and Antonio Diaz. Kotey's career mark stands at 24-11-1. There are a host of regioal titles scheduled to be contested on April 1, in the same venue where Ike Quartey recently stopped Clint McNeil. source: Ghana Web
