In Hawaii yesterday, former heavyweight contender Jeremy Williams won his second mixed martial arts fight, getting Derek Thornton to submit by applying a guillotine choke hold in the first round. Thornton's record is listed as 0-5 while Williams is now 2-0. Williams turned to MMA after a violent knockout by Sam Peter effectively ended his boxing career. source: greg honda at ringside
