Rosario (pictured) returns to Philadelphia, the city where he became a unified world champion. Rosario is 0-1-1 in his last two fights, with the draw coming against another ex-champ, Jarett Hurd. Davis lost to Yoenli Hernandez last year but had a bounce back win three months ago.
