Ex-Olympian Nico Hernandez wins bare knuckle fight

Nico Hernandez W4 Chancey Wilson... Olympic boxer Nico Hernandez picked up an traditional victory on Saturday. Fighting on a bare knuckes boxing show, BKFC 13 in Salina, Kansas, Hernandez defeated Chancey Wilson by technical knockout when Wilson vomited in his corner after round four of a scheduled five-rounder. Hernandez had been winning the battle up to that point. Hernandez is a 2016 U.S. Olympic boxer, but as a 115-pounder from Kansas, he has had a hard time getting traditional boxing matches. Still, Hernandez is 7-0 as a traditional boxer, and plans to return to the sport even though his last bout was in February 2019. Wilson is an MMA fighter with a reported record of 1-4-1. He did not have the skills to compete with Hernandez but gave a great effort...

Joey Beltran KO4 Marcel Stamps... In the main event of the BKFC 13 show, BKFC champion Joey Beltran became the first man to successfully defend the organization's heavyweight title when he stopped Marcel Stamps in round four. Stamps took a ten count but it was more from exhaustion than anything else.
