Ex-Fightnews photog arrested as serial killer!

Phoenix police say that Dale Hausner, a photographer and writer whose work has appeared on Fightnews and other boxing sites, is a serial killer. Hausner and roomate Samuel Dieteman were arrested Friday and will be charged with three dozen apparently random shootings and six murders. "These are the two monsters we have been hunting, and I promise you and our colleagues promise you, we are not finished," Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.  For $200 or less, unsuspecting Phoenix residents could have hired the accused serial killer to come and photograph their special event: Hausner's website, now shut down offered the following services, "I am a photographer in the Phoenix Arizona area, and have been for many years. I am experienced in weddings, birthday parties, dances, family photo shoots as well as one on one photography. Prices start at $60 for shoots for family portraits and $200 for weddings and parties." Hausner interviewed and photographed several boxers, including cruiserweight BJ Flores for Fightnews and his work also appeared on the ringsports website. Hausner's own website boasted photos of himself with Mike Tyson and Bernard Hopkins as well as several photos of Elena "Baby Doll" Reid.   photo: www.ringsports.com/2004/CurrentToPast/photos_Dale_Hausner_2003.html
