Estrada ready for ShoBox appearance

Press Release:  2004 U.S. Olympian Jason "Big Six" Estrada has left his Providence base for Friday night's (November 17) fight against unbeaten heavyweight Travis "Freight Train" Walker on Shobox: The Next Generation in San Jacinto, California. Estrada-Williams is the co-feature on the card headlined by Sam Soliman-Enrique Ornelas. Estrada (7-0, 1 KO), 25, hasn't lost a single round in his 39 as a pro, including a 10-round "shutout" performance May 18 against veteran Robert Wiggins. Walker (21-0-1, 17 KOs), 2003 National Golden Gloves champion as a super heavyweight, and Estrada fought three times as amateurs with "Big Six" sweeping their competition at the 2000 National PAL Championships, 2001 Everlast-US Challenge and 15-4 in the US Olympic Trials. "Travis is a good fighter," Estrada said before departing. "It's a big step up for me because he's 21-0-1 with 17 knockouts. But I beat him three times in the amateurs; beat him good. Travis is saying he's going to destroy me and that's motivated me even more. I'm going to whip his ass. I'm in the best shape of my career. He's going down."
