Espino to contend with Edouard on ESPN!

Press Release: On  Sunday, Feb 12, 2006 at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence Rhode Island , Miguel Espino (10-2-1, 4 KOs) will get his shot to shine on ESPN, as The Contender airs it’s next episode labeled “East Coast Pride”.  In the  co-main event underneath Peter Manfredo Jr. vs Scott Pemperton, Espino will takes on Dorian Beaupierre (12-4-2, 6 KOs) in an eight-round slugfest.  Having lost a couple of very close decisions to legitimate fighters like Manfredo Jr. and Daniel Edouard, Espino wants to show the world why he is worthy of this opportunity.  “I know I can fight and beat the best on any given day.  I'm going to bring it big time come Sunday night,” says Espino.  Trainer John Bray stated, “The kid has been working hard in the gym and I'm happy that his fight will be televised.  He has and exciting style that I know the fans will love”.  Miguel Espino's last fight was an exciting fifth round  technical knockout of Jonathan Reid (33-2 19 KO’s) last October at the Staples Center where The Contender aired its last bouts.
