Ennis dominates Eyubov, scores fourth round stoppage

Jaron Ennis TKO4 Bakhtiyar Eyubov: Philadelphia's up-and-coming welterweight Jaron "Boots" Ennis improved to 25-0 with 23 KOs with a sensational showing on Showtime from Atlantic City, New Jersey. From the opening bell Ennis' superior technique was evident. His punches were flowing in combinations, every shot was crisp and perfectly thrown and it didn't take long for Bakhtiyar Eyubov (14-2-1) to taste the canvas. Ennis would drop Eyubov twice in the opening round, a frame in which he threw well over 100 punches in. Eyubov had a great comeback round in the second, but still lost the frame. Ennis would continue to punish Eyubov in round three and the fight was mercifully stopped 34 seconds into the fourth round. Eyubov showed a ton of heart and he has all of the qualities you want in a fighter, bit unfortunately for him, he was in with a special fighter tonight. Ennis is a future champion. Source: Showtime.
