Augustus To Face Dillon Carew

Fight fan favorite Emmanuel Augustus, formerly known as Emmanuel Burton, will take on Dillon Carew this Friday night on DiBella Entertainment's  at Mohegan Sun, Uncasville CT. Augustus-Carew, which will eventually be televised by MSG in the coming weeks, replaces welterweight contender Joshua Clottey, who pulled out at the last minute over issues regarding his purse. "Emmanuel Augustus has always a one of the most respected fighters in boxing, and we're pleased to be working with him," said DiBella while giving Boxingtalk the scoop.
